Easy to keep a decent deal in place, even on a 1 month rolling sim only deal.
My brother switched his existing lebara plan to a cheaper one today via chat. His experience was great and they switched him to a new plan without any issue, I've just done the same (although it involved a chat and a call) and I'm now on a more appropriate plan and Lebara's customer service team were excellent all in.

Vishwajit sorted my problem, only drawback was a long time between responses, can only presume he was dealing with multiple callers. Other than that he sorted me out.
